Wal-Mart has gone on the attack, saying the independent laboratory hired to analyze four Chinese-made pet toys “severely misinterpreted” the results by reporting that two of the products contained elevated levels of poisons. The U.S. Product Safety Commission, already under attack in Congress for being weak and ineffective remained on the sidelines
